Re: greetings

Warrior

Greetings!

Aikido and MB are a match made in heaven. I love both and hold them as the most valuable elements in my own life. There is nothing to compare to the feeling of yin/yang coursing through your body as some one sends you flying through the air and then smoothly meeting the mat and rolling up again to stand in your own settled Ki posture. I've learned much about yin/yang by expiriencing being thrown by many different people. I think your Aikido will serve you well in your journey as a warrior, in the truest sence of its meaning.

I now live in Wisconsin (again) after having lived in Los Angeles for almost 30 years. I marvel at the reality that we can relate but live in many distant corners of the world. This fact alone is grounds for hope in the future for all of us.

I suspect that you were very young if you were already alive during communism and the war. War is probably the foulest thing man can impose on another, yet it seems that man enjoys it somehow, because it happens far to readily. I guess it is because, individually, people's yin/yang are so far apart. It must be easier to go to war than to take self reflection and go through the pain of becomimg a more whole person (integrated yin/yang).

I can think of no better tools (MB and Ailido) for helping in this world. May your journey be deep and full-----and you become a true warrior.

It is a joy and honor to great you!
