Re: Aweful situation
my first miscarriage was in 1979, and at that time my ob/gyn tried to comfort me to say that at least 1/3 (forgive me, I might be wrong in my memory of the number, but remember it being quite high) of pregnancies end up in miscarriage, and it's a good thing, nature's way of preventing a badly maturing fetus. Since then, I had had several miscarriages - I wasn't mb at the time, but neither did I have any serious condition.
I would just concentrate on being as healthy as possible, eating balanced and varied, resting and mild exercise (walking with husband is nice) and being in a good state of mind, as much as you can with any way of ridding yourself of worries as you can.
But I am interested in knowing more about lupus, for a friend. Also how mb deals with it.
Thanks.
