This morning I read the first two of Michaels posted articles and most of the 3rd one titled Macrobiotics at a Crossroads. I found the last one invaluable. He addressed alot of thoughts I had-- from fear , restrictions & "guidlines", These are really good articles, balanced and undogmatic.
I appreciate that he is near by. At present I haven't any questions really. I will wait and maybe I'll visit them sometime.
