gratefully, I have not had physical ailments which brought me to mb (but that is not to say I am 100% healthy!!!!!!) came from Fit for Life, was looking for new recipes, found a cooking class, didn't care that it was mb, but during the course, fell in love with the food and the philosophy. and been looking for more and more growth ever since - found different teachers, books, created a support group that met every week with potlucks and discussions for three years, and been on several discussion sites - been discouraged, been elated, great adventure.
and talking about adventure, last night we had the privilege of having a guest mb teacher and counselor come to our area and gave us a talk - a very enlightening talk on Chinese medicine - and he ails from Asheville, NC - now I realize all states in America are not tiny, but at least he's from the same state. Would be amazing if you live near him. I would defintely check him out - Michael Rossoff -
