I am relatively new to macrobiotics and I’m still adjusting. I admit that it's very challenging. But I am really proud because I have avoided processed foods for more than 6 months already.
Currently, I just follow recipes from books and from the internet. I’m not a very gifted cook so I can’t cook things spontaneously. I follow the recipes and add some personal touches.
I don’t have a macrobiotic counselor right now but I consulted a dietitian before starting. I want to see a counselor next week..
I can do this!
