They sound good!! That recipe that you make sounds excellent. I did a dish where I boiled it in shyru and then browned. Not bad at all!
No...I'm not familiar with the carrot/beet/onion sauce...I'll have to look that one up...it sounds good since I use a lot of diced tomatoes in my cooking which I need to cut down/eliminate since I'm trying to counter an acidic condition.
