I am grateful to you for responding to an old thread - tho I didn't see anywhere in the discussion anyone advocating going cold turkey. I really enjoyed reading all the advice that Nancy gave - I, thank G-d, don't suffer any of these symtoms, but the advice she gave is good for everyone.
Is anyone in touch with Nancy?? Tell her her words are still wonderfully inspiring.
And thank you Gary for keeping these wonderful discussions available.
