you can try getting some herbs to rebalance your body while you are trying to transition off of prescriptions. go to an experinced, qualified practioner of oriental medicine. remember though..... come off prescription drugs gradually. to just stop taking them cold turkey can be to much for your body and mind to adjudst to suddenly. Its better to do it over 2 months or so, gradually decreasing your dosage, during this time, get the herbs to strengthen your body and keep you stable. I have alot of experience with patients transitioning from their prescriptions, so I will try to give you some helpfull advice if you are interested.
