hi emma! welcome to macorbiotics. ive been very strictly macro for over a year now and would be glad to help any way i can. ive gone through some health problems myself and know what its like to feel helpless and search for a solution. ive found this forum to be very helpful and im sure you will too. but if you have any questions feel free to post them, theres some really knowledgable people here. good luck!!
