hi im new to macrobiotics.

i have eaten vegan for the past 2 years to help my severe psoriasis and now i moving toward a macrobiotic diet.

i also suffer from repeated and bad Urinary tract infections, as i was born with duplex (siamesed) kidneys on the left side so i have 3 kidneys in total.

if anyone can recommend any treatments for Urinary tract infections or Psoriasis please help me. I dont want to use prescription antibiotics to treat this anymore!
