Cook the rice soft to a congee state and then puree thru a food mill adding water to thin it. It will still be somewhat thick though. A more nutritious and easy to digest milk is almond milk made by soaking fresh almonds for at least 12 hours and changing the soaking water. Then puree in a blender and strain thru a fine strainer or nutmilk bag.
