fishy Fish
for a while now, maybe 5 months, i have been eating about 4 servings of fish a week. although i know MB reccomendeds 1-2, both my doctor and MB teacher agree that i should go for 3-5 since as a teenage girl i need both the extra iron and protein. ive been eating very fresh, healthy fish. mainly cod, perch, bassa and VERY occasionally some prawns. but is there any other fish shopping/eating suggestions anyone has? any special method of cooking? thanks for any input!
