Re: Delightful reading

I make my own food for school and home. If i go out someplace, like if i have after school commitments i also make and bring food. I never let myself starve, me without 3 meals a day is a terrible, grouchy mess,
For my research report i bought some Macrobiotic books, like Hip chicks guide and a few others, looked at the few materials my mother was given at her class, and mainly relied on the internet. My teacher didnt really think much of it, i dont think she understood it. I talked mainly about the philosophy of mb and she's a bit of a twit so i dont think she even knew what a yin and yang sign looked like till my report. Well, the macrobiotic teacher my mom took the class from offers several classes, but most of them are on school day. I dont have much spare time anyway. I'm rather occupied with school work for this and next year and i think im doing pretty well cooking on my own. Even though it would be nice to take a class, i can wait till i get back to the US to do so. My parents support me in that they do eat what i cook, sometimes help me, and financilly support me for the special organic ingredients i need. Plus, theyve helped me make our home a healthier one in generl by restocking the fridge, etc.
I'm fairly aware of the power of food, it's one of the reasons i choose to continue mb.
thanks for your questions
Mira
