I have been involved with this food since 1966, and with Aikido since 1974. Both are treasures that I would trade for nothing else on the face of this earth. The journey has been at times filled with excruciatingly painful reflection as well as incredibal discovery. When one begins to see the yin/yang of things on an consistant basis, life becomes very interesting and there is never a dull moment. It can also get exaspirating as one witnesses what appears to be un-necessary complications. The universe is perfectly just however, and the dramas that some people thrive on are part of that justice.

The integration of yin with yang (and yang with yin) is the goal. The closer they are together, the more broadly the universal spectrum becomes visible.
