Dear Roy,
I have a question about maitake mushrooms. As far as I know they are good for gall bladder stones, but I don't know how to prepare them. Can I prepare them like shiitake mushrooms? What is good for gall bladder stones anyway? I have one stone that is 2 cm in diameter. Now I don't have problems with it because I am on macro diet.
