For two weeks now my blood sugar is normal, and I 'll see my Dr. after New Year to see my new results. So far he is not happy of me using Macrobiotic but I bet when he see the results he'll finally agrees with me. I am decreasing my Insulin Intake myself because the old dosages is making my blood sugar too low .

The first thing that gave me hope is that I read in a magazine about a lady who got diabetes and said "when she think of her diabetes she says it only made her sweeter, from the inside out" .

Yes Dr. Mariam Nour is still in Lebanon and we are very proud of her to be among us and she is still with her old phone number... she got a site of her own "www.mariamnour.com" but it is still under construction...
I buy most of my marobiotic food from Madame Odette's Aghajanian store ... both these ladies have changed our life to a better way ..
Now my aim is to open a club of our own ... but so far me and some group of people are gathering in each other's house .
