I would like to have a go at making my own Amazake.
I have seen a few recipes but I'd appreciate some advice.
Is it possible to make it without adding Kuji starter culture? If not, does anyone know where I can get it in the London (UK) area?
I have a 1 litre electric yoghurt maker. Would this work? How long would I have to leave it before it is ready?
