Roy Collins is on a distinguished road
Yes hormones are out of alignment and intestines are
bloated. Best to stay away from raw foods now and all
wheat products, as well as barley and oats. Maybe soy is
not so good for you now. No yeast products, no vinegar
or alcohol. No cold foods at all. Of course no sugar, OTC
meds or scripts. Start drinking Vitex (CHaste Tree Berry) tea
or Dong Quai root tea every day, two times. You can mix this
(tea bags) with Kukicha Twig tea. This will make period
come back. Carrot juice is OK on occassion but no fruit juice, coffee or black tea now.

Use one cup of cooked brown rice per day. You can put it into
soup or stews to make it more wet and easier to digest. A
little salt in the brown rice --- boil or pressure cook. Use only
organic veggies, steam or water saute. Do not cook long or you will lose enzymes. Find a store that sells chickpea miso. Make
miso soup with this once daily in the am. Boil together wakame seaweed, onion and sliced carrot. WHen soft add one teaspoon
of miso to a soup bowl and mix with soup. Do not eat bread but buckwheat noodles and rice noodles are OK. You can also eat mochi and a small amount of tempeh daily. No bean products (except for miso and tempeh) and tamari soy sauce.

You need to find a macrobiotic cook to show you the basics. There are alot of macros in Miami area to help you. Learn to
do more bending exercises and walking with no shoes on whenever possible. Good to use ginger compress on intestines
and ovaries 15 minutes per day/ twice daily. Macro is something you can't learn to do over the internet -- you need to study and
practice it. Some cooked fruit and a little bit of fish can be eaten
in the week but don't go overboard -- no red meat at all. I think
this is where most of your problems stem from. Try to eat simple, small amounts of whole fresh foods -- not baked, and chew chew chew as much as you can before swallwing. A small amount of ground flax seed with ground dulse can be put on grains and veggies for flavor. If flax seeds make diarhhea then you need to stop because intestines are getting irritated.

See if you can contact Lisa Turner at Moondance Healing Arts Center 920 Pennysylvania Ave. Suite 202, Miami Beach. 305 534-4130 for more help. Also try Zeli Melhuish at 305-891-3658. I can give you other numbers if these don't pan out. ANyway you have a start. I hope this helps.

In peace, Roy
