Hi funny I was just having a moment myself being the woman that I am. I think first just listening and being their for her patiently will help her come around. Macro mellow is supposed to be a good cookbook for sneaking in healthy treats. I am able to use alot of herbs to flavor the food with ginger too. I compromise w the fam by making beans w kombu totally melted in, rice, vegg with other wide foods they like. As my man said "it was good w salsa and cheese and a beer" but at least part of it was good. Just a little diced wierd veg w the normal favorites helps. I use the cook water from the veg to make soup w left over beans. Esp from greens. Go to the farmers market with her. Try making healthy couples your friends for inspiration. be gentle even water over time wears a stone. Lysia
