Question Need good macro book recommendations, please.

Hey guys. I'm currently finding myself where I still don't understand how to balance a meal on my own. Yin, Yang, Acid, Alkaline... I'm still having problems. Also, I want to try and figure out what can best help my body recover to the best of its ability. So, I'd like your input as to what are the best and most informative macro books around. So far I've read:

Tired or Toxic
The Cure Is In The Kitchen
The Macrobiotic Way
Zen Macrobiotics
The #7 Diet
You Are All Senpaku
Essential Ohsawa
Kamikaze Cowboy
Acid & Alkeline (though, it did confuse me)
A book on visual diagnosis

What other books do you think would help me further understand how to balance meals and what food could help me recover some strength lost from degenerative disease? Should I try some more Sherry Rogers books? Nothing is too advanced for me. I'm determined to learn more and (hopefully) get better.

Thanks in advance!
