I have 4 kids, 3 living at home, the oldest one moved out. She is 21. Anyway, I am really interested in eating helathy. When you hit 40 you realize that health is not something you take for granted.
I love the concept of macobiotics, even if I believe that since we live in Norway, it s goood to eat some meat too. But good meat.
To day I bought Tamari Soy sauce.
