So nice to hear from you
Actually, they are all very happy to eat healthy, mostly vegetarian food. The oldest is 21 the youngest 1, so the little one do not say too much, but he eats.
Anyway, the 3 oldest are girls, and they notice how much easier it is to keep a nice figure on our diet.
Like you we are not too strict, but I am just starting to learn about macrobiotics, så we will see.
