Re: lump on throat
I think the person who posted before me had very good macrobiotic advice.
I wanted to tell you that I have seen a lump on the throat entirely resolve using a heating pad only. The lump was a fluid filled cyst. The heating pad caused it to open at the surface (like a boil) and over several days clear fluid emptied. This was early on in the development of the lump/cyst. The longer one waits a lump will harden. The previous advice is very good for that situation.
