Circulation Difficulties
Hello Everyone.
I have a little problem in my hands. Well...not in my hands actually, but in my feet! It is such, that sometimes/most of the time, when I go to bed at night, my feet are just so uncomfortable that I HAVE to keep moving them.
They will not let me get comfortable, unless of course, I tie a tourniquet around my ankle and/or toes. I know this is not normal, but I do not want to go to the doctor, because he will either give me an anti-inflammatory or something oral, you know? I have had enough. So what should I do? I am a student and I can't really afford to go to a naturopath or herbalist. You see? So, is there anyone who could offer some suggestions as to what this could be? And/or what I should do? Thank you.
