You must be my soul sister! I'm in the wine business and my husband is a chef, so needless to say, macrobiotics is somewhat challenging for us. I'm very new to this, so I'm certainly not one to be giving advice, but in my opinion, any macro is better than no macro! We're working it slowly into our lives; I've 90% given up dairy & red meat, 100% given up poultry. I'm eating lots more grains & veggies, no added sugar. I'm still eating nightshade veggies; haven't quite figured out my thoughts on that one yet, and I still eat a lot of fruit and drink wine. I feel like this is a great start. Will I ever be 100% macro? I don't know.
I hope we can chat more. I'm having trouble registering, but hopefully I'll be registered soon.
