Re: Milk question(simple question) , anyone who knows
Dear gxpark1234
A not so simple answer perhaps, but ;
Think of milk as the yang of the mother. I affords expansion of the body. By nature it is appropriate to be consumed by a new-born to give rapid growth development but for a limited time only. As the body's growth slows and stops the spirit can then develope. To consume milk beyond the natural
limited time frame will induce continued body growth (body being the yang element as compared to the spirit) hence going beyond parity of developement in the spirit (yin). Milk can be said to give a false sense of yang. Balance is the integration of parity between yin and yang so one can see the potential difficulty by consuming milk beyond what is naturally appropriate. Cross species milk comsumtion has even further complicating implications.
Milk is yin, but in a yang kind of way. It affords expansion of the body that to a point is desirable. Beyond that it becomes yinnizing in that it pushes the body beyond what development the spirit may not have achieved. As with all things, it can be used if it's nature is understood and then applied with well matured judgement.
