I have this daily, to give me some energy and promote an almost narcotic sense of well-being.
1 CUP dry short-grained organic brown rice
2 CUPS water
1 CUP organic baby leaved spinach
2 TBS wheat free spicy garlic tamari
1 TBS brewers yeast
1 TBS of tarragon
1 TBS pf fenugreek
1 CUP organic mushrooms
2 TBS of grain oil
2 CUPS of organic black tea steeped for 30 minutes.
COOKING: Boil the water, then add 1 CUP dry short-grained brown rice. Simmer for 20 minutes, then add chopped mushrooms, stir. Simmer for another 20 minutes. Stir, then add 1TBS Brewers yeast, 2TBS of wheat free spicy gralic tamari, 1TBS of tarragon, 1 TBS of fenugreek, 2TBS of grain oil, and 1 CUP of organi baby-leaved spinach. Sti until spinach is soft. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir. Eat. Serve with 2 CUPS of organic black tea steeped for 30 minutes.
Can serve one person or two.
DESSERT OPTIONS: 1 orange.
