I'm doing 75% veg's (mostly above ground), 1/4 c grains, a little sesame oil, kuzu every other day or so...sea veg 3 times a day, a cooked apple or pear once in awhile, no dry fruit, 1-2 Tbsp beans, 1-2 tsp seeds a day. And all the other obvious things. If I stick to this I have absolutely no problems. I just feel like I'm absolutely starved lately, and that wasn't till recently which is so *%$@ frustrating. To be perfectly honest if my alternative wasn't to be so sick I don't know if I could do this everyday. I mean, I love the benefits but *sigh*.... Does anyone know what happened to the "Macro Dating"? xxoo
