Well smoking marijuana is very very Yin. How familiar are you with macrobiotics? You may be out of balance with yourself because you don't have enough Yang in your diet. What is your diet exactly by the way?

There are a lot of factors involved here. Your problem is not exactly Sanpaku but your eye has expanded, indicating excess Yin. By a practitioner I would suggest someone very knowledgable in Macrobiotics or a Naturopath. I can't reccomend anyone off hand. I'm sure people around here know who's the best.
