Roy Collins is on a distinguished road
Hi Nadia. I would suggest to use up to 1/2 tablespoon of miso to taste. If taste is too salty then use a little less. Only one time daily as soup for your condition.

I have seen and have aided others with psoriasis before and usually results show within a few weeks to a few months. Most forms I have seen are not as severe as yours, however. Ususally the cases I have dealt with issue more from excess sugar in diet
and also excess flour products which clog up kidney function. Your condition is directly envrionmentally related from oil field fires and contaminated smoke. It is not common for this to happen and I have not seen this ever. Some day you may want to send me a photo of yourself showing actual damage of skin. You can send this to my home address or if you have a scanner you can scan and send me an attachment to my email address: Collins_6166@msn.com My wife works in a hospital that is operated by US government with doctors who have seen more cases like yours than I have. Maybe they can offer some advice as well.

You are correct to say in winter psoriasis and other skin diseases get worse. This is because kidney which governs skin and hearing is most affected by cold, water, and dampness. So it is important to stimulate kidneys by applying hot ginger compress to the back using ginger water and dish towel. Also use slightly less liquid during the day and make sure to do bending type of exercise or self massage (called Do-In).

Japanese red beans (Aduki) are also very good for kideny related problems. You can boil red beans and winter squash together with a little sea salt and eat a small portion daily (during cold months). Leave the skin on the squash as this will strengthen your skin as well. You might also want to try adding a few pieces of Astragulus root or Reishi mushroom in your tea pot during cold months to enhance immune function and help combat viruses, etc. A little more fish is also good for you now but when hot weather comes you need to eat less animal protein.

I hope this helps.

In peace, Roy
