I am so happy to have found you guys...I've been doing macrobiotics for a few months now and it has changed my life! No kidding...I had/have severe IBS AND after years of the "prescription" doctors I met my guru who led me on the right path to living pain free *thank God*. Not to mention all the other benefits.
