Re: chlamydia and gonorrhea

Having worked with infectious diseases, Chlamydia being one of them, I would highly encourage you to take your course of antibiotics. Continue to eat a MB diet and be sure to increase the amount of fermented foods (miso, shoyu, Amazake, pickles etc.) while taking the antibiotics and for a few weeks afterwards.

It is possible that you are still discharging toxins and not up to full immune potential or acid/alkaline balance. According to "The MB path to total health", 'dietary extremes, especially the consumption of strong acid producing foods and beverages are the primary cause of viral and bacterial infections.'

Please be sure that your partner is tested too. Women can go for years being asymptomatic. This can scar the fallopian tubes resulting in infertility.

Some motherly advice is to be sure to always use a condom unless you are certain that you are in a mutually exclusive, monogomous relationship and ready for parenthood. I know, no one likes them.

Thanks,
Leenie
