Thanks for the long reply. I think I understand the moves, I will try! Another simple move that has helped latley are these. 1st on your back bring knee to chest alt sides 10 each. Then Bring knee to chest and roll folded leg out to side again alt 10 each. Then with feet on floor and knees up cross one leg over and embrace the other to chest alt 10 each. On hands and knees make lower leg rise and be perpendicular to the floor and raise slightly alt. The one wher I roll my hip out actually makes one hip pop into place. As I do this morn and night it gets easier and I can feel a huge diff. I still have alot of spastic nerves and muscles so those massages you spoke of I have been doing. Also warrior pose pops this little tendon in the front. Triangle and reversed triangle are amazing. I am interested in the osteopath w cranial, and hebs. I wish I could find someone who does it all. In australia is it summer? I seem to have this more in the winter. Peace, Lysia
