I am very new to macrobiotics---so I've basically been cooking a lot of brown rice and steaming veggies, and then adding lentils or whatever
I made a carrot ginger brown rice stir fry the other night that was delicious.
I love miso soup and am addicted to Bancha Twig tea.
I usually cook a bunch of things--so I always have stuff on hand.
Also--we have a wicked vegetarian buffet restaurant that has a macro plate.
