Since everyone is talking water here, here's a question i've been wondering about. I have been boiling large pots of water with a few dashes of super high quality sea salts, cooling overnight, then chilling in glass containers and using this as my drinking water. This is for me cheaper than a filter and cleaner than a stupid plastic brita commitment. Am I removing too much or too little by this process? Thx guys
