Talking macro snacks

hello,
I started on my macro journey about a year ago and have been eating macrobiotically for most of that time.
My usual meals consist of rolled oats or brown rice for breakfast, rice and vegetables for lunch, legumes and vegetables for dinner, at least one bowl of miso a day, and a fruit on most days.
I find myself wanting to have something as snacks in between meals and I am not too sure what to have. are there such things as 'macro-friendly' snacks type foods? what do other people do?
My reason for starting on the macrobiotic way of life is that I am trying to help my body to heal from hepatitis C.
