Well, you could do the bath daily for 10 days in a row, while not being on your period. Never do this on your period. Or you could do the bath 3x/week for 3 weeks. It does work. I've done it many times, and I have a history of fibroids. Baked flour is the worst thing to put into the body. Anything baked goes right down to the uterus and hangs there, so avoiding those things helps, and/or do a daikon hip bath 1-2x/month regularly for awhile helps.

Take a handful of dried daikon leaves or hiba as they are called, if none available, you may use a handful of arame, or even just plain old sea salt. Boil the hiba for about 45 minutes. Near the last 20 minutes of the end of the simmering, add a big handful of sea salt -- not your good cooking salt, just bulk bin stuff. Strain the liquid. Pour the strained water in a hot tub. Soak your lower body only: it's best to have just your derriere in the water, don't have the water go up to your kidney level, that's very weakening. It's usually best to concentrate the liquid in a tub such as you might buy to store goods in that you can purchase at a home department store. I've even seen a round beer keg type of tub used. In other words, just soak what needs to be soaked, not the entire body. I use a storage tube, and my legs stick out the side. It's somewhat uncomfortable, but it's not for very long. I put the storage tub in the bathtub and sit there. Soak for 20-30 minutes. You'll notice your abdomen getting pinkish-red. Cover yourself all over, even your head, leaving your nose out to breathe while you do this with a beach towel. You'll sweat.

Next, douche with warm twig tea, sometimes adding in a little squeeze of lemon juice to the douche, or even a dash of vinegar.

Then, immediately, wash off, dry, and lie down immediately. Do absolutely nothing afterward for at least an hour or so. Best to do this at night, and not on a full stomach.

Sometimes, during the douche, you'll even see some mucous or other material coming out, as this is a powerful remedy.

We women are fortunate to be able to have this remedy and to be able to cleanse like this after a period, because it helps us discharge the toxins of a month of not-so-great eating.
