Dorcas, you have been helpful!

I will try it but I have been having trouble doing the compresses. It takes so much time and so many towels and I don't have a dryer and it's been raining for weeks now. I will keep doing it. I hope it really does something.

Thanks again.
Dear Friend, Yes, the Jamaican comfrey works. If you do a GC in the p.m. and the next a. m., you would be done with them for the week...then give yourself 2 days off and do the hip baths. You might want to save the water to use for a foot bath in the evening. Allow 2 days off before doing the GC's again.
The time in between is important to allow the body to catch up from the detoxing the remedies evoke. The suggestion then is to do the round until you have done 32 GC's and 32 Hip baths.
If you feel weak at times, you may need to take a break between to let the detoxing to its job...it may stretch out the 16 weeks to 17 or 18.

I use an old Tee shirt to protect myself from the heat. If you put the towels direct on the skin, the bacteria from you skin will spoil the water when you want to use it again.
If your towels have a good tuft, they will hold the heat longer. Use a heavy towel to cover. So you should have 2 working towels for each session. It does mean you will have 4 to be drying until the next time. I am guessing you might be wondering at times if it is worth it, but because you see the value to the process, your mind may need to be reminded you are saying Yes to some needs of yours that matter. It will need to be reminded often!

It may not seem much is happening because the process tho slow is useful. It helping not only on a physical level but a spiritual as well.
The large intestine is reflexive to the frontal brain, so as one is cleared, the other is responding with a new awareness...
I am very moved by your efforts to help make your life more wonderful...Kindest, Dorcas
