What am I eating? Well for the last year or so, almost a year, I have been eating parboiled rice, taking a multivitamine, eating vegetables (mainly gralic, tomatoes, sometimes onions, mushrooms, and certain herbs) and sometimes millet. That's about it. I have gained lean muscle mass, and I have lost inches. Althoug my weight is still relativly stable. All in all, I started this diet before I knew what macrobiotics was. That makes me special......right?
