Cook whole grain, organic brown rice and eat it in the morning with toasted sesame seeds, a bit of tamari and some of yellow, green and white vegetable for breakfast. Miso soup is recommended for breakfast too with some vegetables added, followed by brown rice. Try to get away from manufactured food no matter how much it insists on claiming to be macro- friendly.Cook a quantity of rice,enough for a few days and re-heat it or eat it at room temperature (the best for the kidneys).This breakfast will keep your energy at a good level all day.
