Two quick questions
Hi,
I'm relatively new to Macrobiotics and was just wondering if anyone could recommend a good macro-friendly cold cereal for me (not oatmeal, etc) because even when I'm buying organic whole-grain raisin bran or Kashi cereals, I notice there is often evaporated cane juice or something in them -- is this alright or is it a macro no-no??
Also, I was wondering where I could find a good whole wheat english muffin and whole wheat pita bread that are macro-friendly? Most of the ones I've found at my local whole foods market, even though they say whole wheat, also have some unbleached wheat flour as an ingredient, after the whole-wheat flour. Is it alright for macros to be eating unbleached wheat flour or not? If not, can someone recommend some good products?
