second day,
i started well as the day got long my energy seem to be less and less by the time dinner came i was ground. it seem i spend the whole day preparing food am lunch snack for my little one and last the feast for dinner. I got a terrible migraine

it took all night for it to go away.
third day,
breakfast was promising lunch was hard i was not hungry wich made dinner worst still was not hungry. I find myself halfing all the recipes as i am having too many leftovers. where can i find the so called arame other than online? it is a frustrating day over all i am having lots of pain
i should be more positive I am glad for my family whom kindly enjoy what i had prepared ds likes ume dressing so vegies are so much fun for him
the sun shall rise and i will be compasioneted with myself to promote healing.
