Extra Calcium
I'm 52yrs old and am always asked if I take extra calcium. Since starting a macro diet 3 months ago I haven't taken any supplements. I think my diet is well balanced and I do include sea vegetables and a lot of kale. Is that enough to ward off osteoporosis or should I also take a calcium supplement? I have read that too much calcium can end up moving into places in the body and cause calcification. Thank you.
