Thank you so much for your sugestion. It seems quite simple and yet I had not thought about it.

When i first started to be interested in Macrobiotics 3 years ago,is when i decided to quit smoking. And now i remember that one of the reasons i wanted to quit at that time was to see if it would help me to wake up more easily, and in fact it did , for a while....By that time i also tried to aviyd sugar in any form for a couple of weeks and then, allowed myself to not being so strick, not because i was lacking it but because it is dificult to eat a snack without sugar when not at home.So i allways related the fact of eating less sugar to making it easier for me to quit smoking, but i had not related it to sleep..., i started yesterday to eliminate all sugar of my diet, and see how it goes( lately i'd been eating much more sweets than usual, particularly chocolate, I cant imagine to cut chocolate completely, but i can set it to very rare ocassions)

I shall report to tell if it has helped my sleepeness in a week or two ....
