You are right, about me not giving enough information , but i guess i was trying to understand how i relate to sleep, so i asked about sleep... if that makes any sense....
The thing is i'm not tired, i really sleep too much, and i do it more times than the times i dont get enough sleep.
I'm 25 these days, and i think i begin to oversleep more often since i have begun studying at university at 18, in those days i didn't have my works finished i would just stay sleeping so i wouldn't have to go an explain why i hadn't finished my school projects, besides i eventualy ended up changing my field of studies because it was going so bad....
I was studying architecture and now i'm finishing comunication....
But i haven't changed so drastically, and it worries me...
It has evolved to not earing the clock in the mornings , and sometimes dont feeling i have energies to get to school, that day.... lets say in a week there is always one day i dont go and in o others i skip the first class ...
Obviously when i get out of bad very late , i cant go to sleep early that day, but most times i could still get enough sleep if i woke up on time 6 hours sleep is not that bad i think....
I guess the reason i sleep so much is more phsicologic, but i wandered what i could do to become more energetic and fight it....
I think it gets worst in winter,but most times i loose my mornings in vacations too, i lack motivation to get up....
More information: i'm a girl, i still live with my parents and my mother cooks for dinner and i ocassionaly eat meat, i eat fish, but when i cook i make macro meals, or at least vegetarian, i still eat sugars, but not too much, i drink milk, but not on a daily base....I'm in betwen diets...
