I'd recommend that you check out Seattle's macrobiotic Meetup group. It's not very large yet, but is an excellent way to get in touch with others in town.

I'm on the opposite coast (NYC) but finding my local macro Meetup group has been a wonderful way to connect with people -- some of whom have turned out to live right around my block!
