I am interested in participating in cooking classes in New York. I live in Michigan and plan on visiting New York for the month of April. I could also visit at other times depending on what type of classes you are thinking of. I am also interested in attending an existing cooking school in macrobiotic cooking in New York would you know of any programs? Sue O
