Oh, and an important point I forgot in the first message....
I find long-stored grain to be an especially egregious source of food mold. For about a year I had to special order all my brown rice from Kushi Institute in Becket, MA as they have a hulling machine and freshly hull the rice within about a week of your order. I can now finally eat other types of brown rice.
I still cannot tolerate the mold found in rolled or steel-cut oats, but can tolerate whole oats from a bulk supermarket.
Be a mold detective and you will get candida out of your life.... Good luck!
