hello everyone!!
I 've been interested in macrobiotics for a few years now, but i couldīnt commit myself totaly to it yet, i've tried to avoyd any sugar for some weeks, and eat almost a vegetarian diet , couldn't cut on dairy. I live in my parents house and i share many meals with them and they donīt seem to be interested in my macro cookings....
One of the things i would like to ask, is about a problem i've been having for quite a long time (years) i go trough periods when i find it impossible to wake up in the morning, i skip a few classes and sometimes i only find energy to get up in the afternoon, then it goes away,i'm 25 and iīm studiing at university (Communication studies) but i keep having these lazy days, well they are more hibernating days, could anyone have a yin yan perspective on this kinds of feelings?
