ohmy,

Soak your rice and beans sometime before retiring for the evening.

Boil some oat groats and allow to soak heated overnight.

If you need 8 hours sleep go to bed at 8 and get up at five and start cooking the rice and beans (separately).

While the grain and beans are cooking make a nishime vcegetable dish, or steam some squash, carrots, or daikon.

Bring the oat groats up to a boil again and then simmer until creamy (this is your breakfast!).

Steam two hearty leafy green vegetables (separately) and also make a miso soup.

Pack a lunch and dinner when everything is cooked, eat your breakfast, and go to work.

As you eat macrobiotically for a while, you'll probably need less sleep and then you'll be able to adjust your sleep and cooking time.

Do you have any current macrobiotic cookbooks?

These two will help you learn to cook those fabulous meals that help make us feel so good and comfortable with ourselves:

The Hip Chick's Guide to Macrobiotics: A Philosophy for Achieving a Radiant Mind and a Fabulous Body http://store.cybermacro.com/hipchicks.php by Jessica Porter

The Self-Healing Cookbook: A Macrobiotic Primer for Healing Body, Mind and Moods With Whole Natural Foods http://store.cybermacro.com/Self-Healing-Cookbook.php by Kristina Turner.

Are your hills really alive, with the 'sound of music' ? ;-)

Thank you, very much.
